Sophie Paris has developed four stages of advanced leadership training sessions for members who want to grow their business and dedicate their full attention to success with Sophie Paris.

1. Leadership Training 1 – Never Give Up
Perhaps the most intensive training course, the Leadership Training 1 does not only inspire motivation to the Member but also re-motivates any inactive Members. The Leadership Training 1 is delivered by the Sophie Paris Training or Sales Manager, who is there as an expert and representative of Sophie Paris.

This training helps the leaders to identify their dreams, set clear goals and objectives and never give up seeking to achieve them.

2. Leadership Training 2 – Build a Strong Network

Leadership Training 2 is designed to help the Member shift to the investor’s mindset and apply the network building principles that start with establishing a solid foundation resulting in creating winning teams.

3. Leadership Training 3 – Successful Presentations

Leadership Training 3 equips Members with the skills necessary for preparing, conducting and
evaluating various presentations such as the Sophie Solution Meeting, Beauty Class and Catalog Launch event. Duration: Half Day

4. Leadership Training 4 – Public Speaking

Leadership Training 4 is designed to improve Members’ confidence and effectiveness as a public speaker through various fun exercises and activities.
