Home Delivery form on Sophie Online

Conditions to place Home Delivery order:

• Give Sophie member’s email address
• Maximum 10 pieces for each item (promtion Item: 05 pieces)
• Maximum 40 references for each order
• The delivery at 63 provinces. Please kindly to see the further detail of delivery place here.

Maximum time payment for orders using home delivery services:

• Promotional Items: 02 days from date of purchase order
• Catalogue Items: 03 days from date of purchase order

Note: We only guarantee sales calculated at the time the company for orders on the last day of the month if we receive payment via bank transfer 12 noon. If the amount paid via bank transfer is received afterover time, we will not guarantee sales of the siblings will be included in thethe currently month.

Notes for member receiving Sophie’s goods:

• The transporter makes an appointment with member about delivery time
• Member has to handover and check piece by piece with transporter when the products are delivered to them, before the transporter leaves
• Sign off in the Delivery note
• In the case Missing/broken/wrong items: must to fill up and sign off in the Delivery Incident report. Send Delivery Incident report and copy of Red VAT invoice to Sophie by fax (08) 3872 6133 or scan to email address: baohanh.giaohang@sophieparis.vn
• After sign off in the Delivery note and the transporter left, Sophie can’t accept if the member want to complaint missing/broken/wrong items
