There are two introduction training sessions:
1. Sales & Ethics Training The Sales & Ethics training session introduces new Members to the world of Sophie management, the showroom, the offices, the warehouse, the training facilities and more. The new Members will have the clauses of the membership contract explained to them, including information about prices, use and method of use of the goods for sale and provisions relating to warranty, return of goods and more.
Besides, new members will be equipped with the latest legal knowledge about Direct Sales and Multi Level Marketing.
The session will also provide a platform to introduce the product categories and some selling techniques, including how to sell Sophie products and make Member money. Successful sellers will present testimonials and there will also be a brief outline and introduction of Recruitment Training. The bonus system (incentive plan) will be explained and discussed so that the members can start make money instantly.
2. Recruitment Training This Recruitment Training session introduces the earnings opportunities (incentive plan) with Sophie Paris and also how to invite and bring people to Sophie Solution Meetings and also how to recruit members on a one-to-one basis. Members can also learn how to sign up new Members, help them grow and achieve their dreams with Sophie Paris.
This training program is a mandatory process in order to ensure that Members understand their rights and obligations and can duplicate Sophie’s system accordingly in recruiting their own Members and reselling goods. Each Member has an obligation to become familiar with and agree to Sophie policies.
